X32 policies
Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: 19 September 2026
Using X32
These Terms govern use of X32's website, accounts, chess education services, demos, classes, certificates, and Ask X32 AI. By using a service, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform responsibly.
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing appropriate information and authority for minor students. For privacy and legal purposes, a minor is a person under 18. This differs from course placement rules: L1 is available for ages 6–21, while L2–L5 do not use that same fixed age rule.
Accounts and participation
Keep account credentials secure and do not use another person's account without permission. Use classes, communication tools, and the platform respectfully. Do not misuse the service, interfere with security, impersonate another person, submit unlawful content, or attempt to bypass access controls.
X32 may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or academy operations.
Education services
X32 provides educational chess services. Participation, progress, placement, and certificates are academy matters and are not guarantees of competitive results, external accreditation, government recognition, university credit, professional licensing, or FIDE qualification.
Students should attend scheduled classes and follow reasonable academy instructions. X32 may make reasonable changes to services, schedules, or platform features as operations require.
Payments and course commitments
Course and package payments are subject to the applicable payment flow. The current approved rules include a 24-hour cancellation/refund-request window for normal course or package payments, while the ₹150 registration fee is non-refundable. After the applicable 24-hour course-payment window, course fees are generally non-refundable. Actual non-refundable payment-processing charges may be deducted where applicable.
The minimum course or package commitment is 3 months. Continuation payment is due by the 27th of the previous month; unpaid continuation may affect continued batch placement or availability. X32 does not impose an invented late fee. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Payment Terms for details.
Demo services
The group demo deposit is ₹200. For an attended demo with an authorized NOT_SATISFIED outcome, ₹150 may be refunded and ₹50 is retained as the demo fee. If a student continues, the ₹200 may be applied once toward enrollment. A refund and enrollment credit are mutually exclusive.
A student-requested demo reschedule is limited to one request with at least 24 hours' notice. If X32 cancels a demo, it may be rescheduled without another demo payment. For a recorded NO_SHOW, a ₹200 refund review may be requested within 24 hours after the scheduled demo time under the implemented rule.
Classes, cancellations, and absence
If X32 cancels a regular class, X32 may provide a replacement or postponed session on a suitable date in the same month or the following month. A student's missed or cancelled regular class does not create an automatic compensation, refund, credit, or guaranteed replacement.
Ask X32 AI
Ask X32 provides AI-generated academy-support responses. It can make mistakes and is not guaranteed professional advice. Do not submit sensitive information. X32 may restrict misuse or abuse. Completed conversations may be stored and accessed by authorized administrators as described in the Privacy Policy; answers are not individually reviewed by a human coach.
Certificates
X32 certificates are academy-issued records. Public verification may confirm X32-issued certificate information. Certificates do not represent government accreditation, university accreditation, professional licensing, or an official FIDE qualification.
Intellectual property and user content
X32 retains rights in its brand, site design, curriculum, educational materials, and platform content. Users retain ownership of material they submit where applicable, while giving X32 the limited permission needed to store, display, review, and operate that material for the service. These Terms do not claim ownership of third-party chess rules, public-domain concepts, or user material beyond that purpose.
Availability, changes, and law
X32 aims to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. X32 may update services or these Terms as the platform develops. Changes will be reflected by the effective date on this page.
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. For questions, contact the address shown below.
