Payment Terms

The applicable price shown at checkout or on the relevant X32 enrollment page at the time of payment applies. X32 offers payment flows for registration, demos, and course or package enrollment where available.

The ₹150 registration fee is non-refundable. The group demo payment is ₹200 and follows the separate demo rules in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Course and package enrollment requires successful payment confirmation before enrollment and related batch placement can be completed. The minimum course or package commitment is 3 months.

Continuation payment is due by the 27th of the previous month to secure or maintain continuation and batch placement. If it is not completed, placement is not guaranteed and may require manual handling, subject to availability.

Payments are handled through supported payment providers available in the relevant checkout flow. A payment is treated as complete only after X32 receives trusted confirmation that it has been successfully captured; a browser redirect alone is not confirmation.

X32 does not state that it stores raw card or bank credentials. Provider and payment-method handling are subject to the applicable provider's checkout and processing arrangements.

Where AutoPay is offered and enabled for a selected provider, an authorized recurring-payment mandate may allow future renewal charges until cancelled. Available dashboard controls can be used to cancel AutoPay.

Cancellation affects future charges and does not automatically refund a charge that has already been captured. Captured normal course or package payments follow the applicable refund-request rule.

Pending or failed transactions may require confirmation or reconciliation. Do not assume enrollment, a batch placement, or a payment is complete until the payment is confirmed by X32.

If you believe a charge is duplicated or there is a payment discrepancy, contact X32 so it can be reviewed. X32 does not promise an automatic duplicate refund.

For completed course or package payments, X32 creates payment records and may make invoices and receipts available where applicable. A demo payment may receive a receipt; X32 does not promise a tax or GST invoice.

Refund eligibility and requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Actual non-refundable payment-processing charges may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund where applicable; X32 does not state a fixed percentage, fixed processing fee, or administrative fee.
