Refund & Cancellation Policy

A cancellation or refund request for a normal course or package payment must be made within 24 hours of the applicable payment. A request made exactly 24 hours after that payment is outside this request window.

Submitting a request does not create an automatic refund. Eligible requests are reviewed and processed by X32, followed by payment-provider refund execution where applicable. Actual non-refundable payment-processing charges may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund where applicable.

The ₹150 registration fee is non-refundable. It is separate from the normal course or package payment refund-request rule.

The minimum course or package commitment is 3 months. Continuation payment is due by the 27th of the previous month to secure or maintain continuation and batch placement.

If continuation payment is not completed by that time, continued placement is not guaranteed and may require manual handling, subject to availability. X32 does not impose an invented late fee, interest, or cancellation penalty.

The group demo payment is ₹200. It is not a free demo or a free assessment, and its rules are separate from normal course or package refunds.

If an attended demo receives the authorized NOT_SATISFIED outcome, ₹150 may be refunded and ₹50 is retained as the demo fee. The retained amount is not described as a payment-provider charge.

If the student continues with enrollment, the ₹200 demo payment may be applied once as an enrollment credit. A demo refund and the one-time enrollment credit are mutually exclusive: a demo cannot receive both.

A student or linked parent may request one demo reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled demo. A request does not itself confirm a new time.

If X32 cancels a demo, X32 may reschedule it without another demo payment. An X32-initiated reschedule does not use the student's one permitted reschedule request.

For a demo recorded as a no-show, a request for review of the full ₹200 demo refund may be submitted within 24 hours after the scheduled demo time. A request made exactly 24 hours after that time is outside the request window.

This is a review request, not an automatic refund. A demo already credited toward enrollment cannot also receive a no-show refund, and a refunded demo cannot later receive enrollment credit.

Where AutoPay is offered and enabled, cancelling an AutoPay mandate stops future recurring collection. It does not automatically refund a payment that has already been captured.

An already captured normal course or package payment follows the same applicable 24-hour refund-request rule described above. X32 does not charge an invented subscription-cancellation fee.

If X32 cancels a regular class, X32 may provide a replacement or postponed session on a suitable date in the same month or the following month. A cash refund is not automatically promised for every X32-cancelled class.

A student's missed or cancelled regular class does not create automatic compensation, a refund, credit, or a guaranteed replacement session. X32 may consider support manually where appropriate, without promising an exception.

Approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider, bank, and payment method. X32 does not promise a fixed refund settlement period.

For a stated X32 intake tuition adjustment, X32 will process the adjustment to the original payment method within the timeframe stated in the applicable intake notice.
