Communications Notice

X32 may send necessary account, security, enrollment, payment, receipt, invoice, demo, class/session, and support communications where applicable. Marketing consent is not required for these service communications.

Email marketing and WhatsApp marketing are optional, independent choices. Consent to one does not mean consent to the other. Account creation, demo booking, contact submissions, payments, and enrollment do not imply marketing consent; missing consent is not treated as opt-in.

Preferences may be changed through available account settings. X32 does not state that it is currently sending WhatsApp marketing; WhatsApp remains unavailable unless a service is made available.

For privacy purposes, a minor is under 18. Optional marketing involving a minor is managed in the appropriate guardian or linked-parent context. A GuardianConsent declaration does not automatically grant marketing consent or independently verify guardianship.

Email marketing preferences can be withdrawn through account settings or a future marketing email's unsubscribe mechanism. Unsubscribing affects email marketing only. WhatsApp preferences can be changed independently in account settings. Marketing withdrawal does not stop necessary transactional communications.

X32 may retain preference, channel, consent or withdrawal, timing, source/version, and guardian-context records where applicable for preference management, audit, security, and dispute handling.
