Certificate Verification Privacy Notice

Public verification confirms limited X32 certificate information and status. It may display the public certificate number, privacy-safe student display name, certificate title/type, level snapshot where present, issue information, and status. It does not provide public access to private account or certificate records.

Authorized private views may show fuller certificate identity to the appropriate student, linked parent or guardian, or authorized X32 administrator.

For a known minor, public verification uses privacy-preserving name masking, for example Deepakkumar Jothi may appear as Deepakkumar J****. Where date of birth is missing or unknown, the public verifier also uses privacy-preserving masking. On the exact 18th birthday, the central age rule treats the student as an adult.

Public verification does not display date of birth, email address, phone number, guardian information, or internal database identifiers.

X32 certificates are academy-issued records. Public verification confirms X32 certificate information or status; it does not create government accreditation, university accreditation, a professional license, or FIDE qualification.
