Ask X32 AI Notice

Ask X32 uses artificial intelligence to provide academy, chess, and service support. Responses are automatically generated, can be inaccurate or incomplete, and should not replace independent verification of important information. It is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

User messages are processed using an external AI service provider, currently OpenAI. Avoid submitting sensitive or private information. Misuse or abuse may be restricted. X32 does not state that every response is reviewed by a human.

X32 stores completed visible user and assistant exchanges, relevant timestamps, and response metadata. Conversations use an opaque conversation identifier and are not directly linked to your X32 Profile or Student record. Authorized X32 administrators may access stored transcripts for legitimate operational, safety, or support purposes.

X32 requests that the external AI service not store generated Responses API records for X32, but external processing still occurs and this is not a promise of zero provider-side technical processing or retention.

Younger users should avoid sharing private information and may seek help from a parent, guardian, teacher, or X32 where appropriate. This notice does not create a separate AI age ban.
